📍Day 1 — Sunday, October 5

Arrival & Coastal Welcome
Arrive in Sardinia and check in -  Cannigione — your home for a week of taste, tradition, and coastal serenity.
As the sun sets, gather for a fresh seafood welcome dinner at Ottavio’s 🦐, where sweeping sea views and a refined Sardinian seafood extravaganza set the tone for a magical week.

📍Day 2 — Monday, October 6

Wine Masterclass, Cooking & Village Life

  • 10:30–14:30 — Wine Masterclass at San Giacomo Winery 🍷, an intimate experience among vines over 100 years old. Learn the stories of Sardinian terroir and taste the unique expression of these ancient vines.

  • Cooking Class with a Sardinian Nonna 👵 — prepare gnocchetti sardi and sweet ravioli in a traditional countryside stazzu.

  • Enjoy a three course lunch in a convivial, authentic setting.

  • Afternoon stroll through Arzachena’s charming historic center, with its traditional church and hand-painted stairs.

  • Evening free in Cannigione’s lively marina.

📍Day 3 — Tuesday, October 7

Bonifacio by Sea & Island Escape

  • 930am - Morning departure for Porto Pozzo, where your private boat awaits.

  • Scenic boat ride to the picturesque harbour of Bonifacio, Corsica ⛵ — marvel at the limestone cliffs and explore the medieval fortress perched above the sea.

  • Enjoy a French-Corsican style lunch with wine, wander through the walled citadel, and soak in the breathtaking views.

  • Stop for a swim at Isola Piana’s sandbar 🏖️ and cruise by the wild, rocky beauty and turquiose seas of Lavezzi Island before returning.

  • Evening free to relax and dine as you wish.

📍Day 4 — Wednesday, October 8

Bread-Making, Al Fresco Lunch & Farm-to-Table Feast

  • 10:30–13:30 — Bread-Making Workshop 🍞 at a traditional stone mill. Learn ancient techniques from local artisans as the scent of wood-fired bread fills the air.

  • Rustic al fresco lunch, featuring your freshly baked bread, local cheeses, seasonal vegetables, and golden olive oil.

  • Afternoon free to rest or explore.

  • Evening Farm-to-Table Dinner at a hidden gem & local winery — with live music, laughter, and dancing beneath the stars.

📍Day 5 — Thursday, October 9

Market Day & Surrau Winery Dinner

  • Visit the San Pantaleo Market, alive with art, color, and local character — the heart of Sardinian village life.

  • Lunch al fresco at a charming café in the square.

  • Afternoon at leisure for shopping, seaside walks, or relaxation.

  • Evening Food & Wine Pairing Dinner at Surrau Winery 🍷 — a special event celebrating Sardinia’s expressive wines and contemporary cuisine, set in one of Gallura’s most beautiful vineyard estates.

📍Day 6 — Friday, October 10

Capichera Tasting & Farewell Celebration

  • Optional morning hike 🌿 through Sardinia’s tranquil countryside.

  • 5-course food & wine pairing lunch at the award-winning Capichera Winery, one of Italy’s most renowned producers of Vermentino- an experience that captures the island’s spirit and elegance.

  • Farewell Dinner at Capogiro, 7Pines 🍽️ — fine dining by the sea, with panoramic views and the perfect toast to a week of discovery and delight.

📍Day 7 — Saturday, October 11

Departure
Savor a final Sardinian breakfast and espresso overlooking the sea ☕.
